If you’ve ever considered unplugging all of your devices, retreating to some secluded corner of the world and returning only when the coast is clear, then the next few weeks are an ideal time to set those plans into motion. A combination of outer planet quincunx placements, inner planet conflicts with Pluto and heightened fixed sign friction is inbound. Astrology’s quincunx is not one of its harsh angles per se. Planets are simply 150 degrees apart, which places them in signs with varying elements and modalities.
Mars in Leo
Forecast Jun 14-20, 2021: Come In Like A Lion
That old saying about coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb might be altered to “going out like a dolphin” this week. It begins with a ferocious fixed sign t-square and ends with a rejuvenating water trine. Leading the way, Monday’s Leo Moon will be superimposed onto the year’s second, and most intense, Saturn Uranus square. The strenuous aspects created by this Mars-infused t-square will impact fixed sign folks the most. But there will be plenty of frustration to go around. Saturn is the planet of rules, authority and limitations, Uranus is the cosmic rule breaker and proud Leo is accustomed to running the show.
Forecast Aug 12-18, 2019: Futuristic Full Moon
These aspects will likely expose hard lines and hard-liners. But under a moon in the compassionate realms of gentle Pisces, our decisions, words and deeds can be infused with the intention of healing the situations we encounter.
Forecast Aug 5-11, 2019: Skies Ablaze
With the planet of pleasure and the planet of good fortune in positive fire signs and favorable angles, our aspirations will continue picking up speed, momentum and enthusiasm. Not only will the solar power be amplified further once Mercury joins the Sun, Venus and Mars in Leo, but the residue of the summer’s Mercury Rx will evaporate once the watery Cancer wake is cleared.
Forecast Jul 29-Aug 4, 2019: Sun Showers Passing
Informative Mercury initially entered Cancer all the way back on June 4th. Though it will remain in the cardinal water sign until August 11th, on Wednesday, its long, laborious retrograde concludes. Giving us even more reason to celebrate, earlier in the day the new moon dawns at 8 degrees and 37 minutes of Leo.
