A grand earth trine, Mercury moving beyond the shadow of its recent retrograde and a full Moon in friendly Sagittarius are on the way. Though there are a few bumps in the offing, on the whole, the next two weeks will help us get real work done and launch vacation season 2022. It all gets started under a waxing Virgo Moon in the wee hours of Monday morning. By Wednesday the Moon’s practical insights will team up with Virgo’s ruler Mercury, now in Taurus, and Pluto in Capricorn, when the three will form the exceptionally productive grand earth trine. All three will be in the late degrees of their signs, adding a particularly robust element to this meeting. Endeavors will get another boost on Friday when Mercury and Pluto share another trine. Rounding out this auspicious week is a blockbusting Venus Uranus conjunction in tenacious Taurus on Saturday. This is fertile ground for breaking through previous obstacles and impediments. A cautionary Venus square to Saturn is set for the 18th. This pairing will keep expectations realistic and enthusiasm from going off the rails. Given the current co-presence of Mars and Jupiter in unbridled Aries, some Saturn sobriety is useful.
Next, Mercury and an aspirational Sagittarius Moon will usher in an elemental shift on the 13th. Whether following through on the preceding week’s initiatives or abandoning work for play altogether. this change from introspective yin to outgoing yang signs will be inescapable. Mars and Jupiter will trine the Sagittarius Moon from Aries on Monday, and the Moon will reach its zenith of 23 degrees and 25 minutes of the eternally optimistic fire sign on Tuesday. Mars and Jupiter in Aires, Saturn in Aquarius, the Sun in Gemini, through the 21st, and Venus, starting on the 22nd when she enters Gemini, will be agreeable guests at Mercury’s homecoming. For instance, the Sun’s trine to Saturn on the 16th will reveal the brilliance that the Gemini Aquarius combo is capable of unlocking. And once up to its naturally fleet-footed speed, Mercury will leave the remnants (and nuisances) of this past retrograde in its wake. The backlog of back orders, backpay, tech issues and general annoyances and conundrums from May will finally find their resolutions.
The high-spirited essence of this gathering of planets in yang signs will let the good times and ideas roll through July 4th. Sitting still or staying indoors will prove unappealing as the summer starts and this bevy of planets stokes adventurous urges. But on July 4th, both Mercury and Mars will change signs. Their moves into yin Cancer and Taurus respectively will take the high energy down several notches. With this in mind, it’s time to accept invitations, explore new territory and throw open the window of opportunity now at hand.
