If you’ve ever considered unplugging all of your devices, retreating to some secluded corner of the world and returning only when the coast is clear, then the next few weeks are an ideal time to set those plans into motion. A combination of outer planet quincunx placements, inner planet conflicts with Pluto and heightened fixed sign friction is inbound. Astrology’s quincunx is not one of its harsh angles per se. Planets are simply 150 degrees apart, which places them in signs with varying elements and modalities.

Forecast Jun 14-20, 2021: Come In Like A Lion
That old saying about coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb might be altered to “going out like a dolphin” this week. It begins with a ferocious fixed sign t-square and ends with a rejuvenating water trine. Leading the way, Monday’s Leo Moon will be superimposed onto the year’s second, and most intense, Saturn Uranus square. The strenuous aspects created by this Mars-infused t-square will impact fixed sign folks the most. But there will be plenty of frustration to go around. Saturn is the planet of rules, authority and limitations, Uranus is the cosmic rule breaker and proud Leo is accustomed to running the show.
Forecast Sep 28 – Oct 4, 2020: Catching Moonbeams
This week’s events are momentous. They include Saturn and Pluto stationing direct, our second Mars square to Saturn, a full Aries Moon and Venus changing signs. When the action gets this dramatic on the outside, seeking refuge within becomes more important than usual. The body astrologers credit with describing our interior landscape is the Moon. It represents emotional needs, instinct and the unconscious. This week it moves from Pisces to Aries to Taurus, conjoining Neptune, Mars and Uranus along the way. No matter how loud and chaotic things may get out there, the Moon is beckoning us to tune into intuition and to explore our inner worlds.
Forecast Sep 21-27, 2020: About Those Hatches
This week the Sun is moving into what promises to be one of the most eventful Libra Sun cycles in decades. Over the next month we’ll see Saturn and Pluto turn direct, a full Aries Moon, a Jupiter Neptune sextile, the start of our next Mercury retrograde, in Scorpio, and two cardinal t-squares. Libra is the cardinal air sign that represents balance, partnership and justice. Thus far, 2020’s signature event has been January 12th’s Saturn Pluto conjunction. Back then the two powerhouse planets joined forces in cardinal Capricorn, and sent shockwaves around the world. Now both are preparing to emerge from their long retrogrades. Can you say revelations? Because Libra is one of astrology’s four cardinal signs, planets traversing its sector activate the other bodies in cardinal signs. This week is no exception.
Forecast Sep 14-20, 2020: At Your Service
A new Virgo Moon is this week’s centerpiece. At 25 degrees, the lunar cycle begins near the height of Virgo’s powers. Discernment, dedication and daily routines fall under the domain of astrology’s mutable earth sign. The week will also see both boosts from Sun trines to Pluto and Saturn and disruption from a Venus Uranus square, Mercury squares to Jupiter and Pluto and a contentious Libra Moon. Thursday’s new Moon reset will give us the chance to connect with Virgo’s calm, clear perspective and the Mercury-ruled sign’s stellar organization skills.
